To maximize your weight loss on Livea, follow these easy, everyday eating guidelines:
• Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water to keep your body cleansed and ease digestion. Your body will function at peak performance when it’s well hydrated.
• Eat Balanced Meals
Eat balanced meals containing protein (meat, chicken, fish or legumes) and complex carbohydrates (whole grains and vegetables). Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables for natural energy.
• Eat Often
